The Supreme Court has issued a show cause see in light of a writ appeal to documented against the arrangement of 80 judges to the High Court.

A solitary seat of judge Iswar Prasad Khatiwada passed on Thursday the notice for the sake of the Judicial Council. The seat however ruled against issuing a between time arrange, as per joint-representative at the zenith court Biswaraj Paudel.
